Welcome, friend! I’m Maegan, a Miami-based photographer specializing in maternity, newborns, and families. I believe that pictures are so powerful in their ability to stop time, to make you feel, and to bring you back to the captured moment.
It all goes so fast: the baby bumps, the serene smiles of milk-drunk newborns, the toothy toddler grins and those deep, belly laughs. I’m honored to get to know the families I work with and to be entrusted with preserving genuine moments, big and small. Photography is one of my greatest joys, and I’d be thrilled to capture your family's story in a way that’s authentic and heartfelt.

Book and prep
When you book, we'll figure out all of the logistics, locking in a date, time and location. We'll also talk through what to wear and which props to bring to make your session unique to you. (Planning is one of my favorite steps—along with the day of your session, of course!)
STEP 4
Capture heartfelt memories
I'm always beyond excited for shoot day! With the details already planned, my hope is that you're feeling confident and fully at ease during your session so that you can focus on creating timeless, joyful memories. Two to three weeks after your session, you'll receive your final, edited, high-res digital images via a password-protected online gallery. I hope you love your pictures as much as I loved taking them! :)
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel for photo shoots?
I'm based in Miami, and I'm happy to travel to neighboring counties (Broward, Palm Beach, Collier, and Monroe County) for a small travel fee.
What should we wear for our session?
I think it's most important that you wear something you feel beautiful and comfortable in. During your session, you'll be walking, sitting, and holding your baby (if it's a young family shoot!), so I'd recommend clothes that are easy to move in. Flowy fabrics that don't wrinkle easily photograph well, and pastels and neutrals really complement my airy, natural light style.
If there will be more than one person being photographed during your session, I'd recommend that only one of you wears patterned clothing (make sure it's subtle, please!), as multiple patterns can be distracting. Another tip for when considering family or group outfit choices is to think of yourselves as a unit and to wear colors that complement. For example, mint green, pastel yellow, and khaki; pastel pink, baby blue, and white; or lavender, pastel yellow, and light gray are all visually pleasing combinations.
Please don't stress about what to wear! We'll talk through outfit choices and styling options during our initial planning call—and at any point leading up to our shoot. I want you to feel completely confident and comfortable going into and especially during your session! :)
How much do you edit our pictures?
I edit all pictures delivered in your final gallery for exposure and color temperature and will either crop out or remove distracting elements. I want your pictures to feel true to who you are, so I'll edit any temporary "imperfections," such as minor flyaways and skin blemishes.
If you’d like heavier retouching done, such as smoothing wrinkles or overall complexion, or slimming particular body parts, such as minimizing a double chin, I'm happy to do so for an additional retouching fee.
How long will it take to get our pictures?
Within two to three weeks after your session, I'll deliver all of your final, edited, high-res digital images in a password-protected online gallery. You may also share your gallery with family and friends—the gallery platform is so user-friendly!
Do you offer prints and albums?
Yes! Through your online gallery, you're able to purchase professional prints and albums in a variety of sizes and finishes. I'm happy to assist you in selecting which pictures to print, creating a gallery wall, and designing a custom album with pictures from your session.
